		<description>Mark,

A buddy of mine from work (@thomasurie) built a little web-app that twitters the location of the ISS. Check it out by following @Space_Station.

I just joined the OnOrbit.com site, and once I get home from Web2Expo, I'll start looking at ways I could contribute to it.

Cheers,

Frank

<description>With something as simple yet powerful as Twitter, it's hard to know what kind of applications you could do (of course, afterwards it'll be obvious).

Certainly I'd like to be able to search entire database of tweets, both mine and others. Sometimes I want to find an old tweet of my own. I've had some success with Google, but really the tools I've found only give you recent results.

Also, some kind of augmentation of profiles with tags, etc., so you can find folks twittering about your interests.

Finally, some kind of filtering, so you could receive only the sorts of tweets that you're interested in, either from certain people or from anyone. This sounds like a difficult thing to get working properly unless there were tags for each tweet.</description>
